Our Crossbreed selected Beef is slowly and naturally Aged on the bone in our Salt Room.

 

The process of Salt Ageing the Beef, in a strict temperature and humidity controlled room, helps increase the flavour releasing natural enzymes which in turn breaks down and tenderises the meat.
