WHOLESALE BUTCHER (night shift)

£32,000 a year – Full-time, Permanent

Cooper Foods Ltd, based in Andover are now seeking experienced Butchers to work on our night shift. You will have excellent knife skills and be competent in breaking down primal joints as well as having good skills in boning, rolling, dicing, slicing and portion control. An experienced “steak cutter” would be an advantage.

We are a reasonably small team and so the expectation is that your work may be varied so flexibility is also essential. Our customers demand various specifications on their meat products and you will receive full training for this.

You will be working a 40 hour week Monday to Friday, 8.00pm to 5.00am.

The annual salary is £32K per annum providing you have the level of skills and experience we need.
